The District operates four parks in the Chelan area: Chelan Falls Park, Chelan Falls Powerhouse Park, Chelan Riverwalk Park, and Beebe Bridge Park. In the Wenatchee area the PUD operates three day-use parks: Wenatchee Riverfront Park, Walla Walla Point Park, and Kirby Billingsley Hydro Park, located on the Douglas County side of the river. The seven parks owned but not managed by the PUD are operated through lease agreements with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, Manson Parks and Recreation District, the city of Entiat and the Port of Douglas County.
