Parks and Recreation Parks

Chelan County Public Utility District (PUD) operates four (4) parks in the Chelan area: Chelan Falls Park, Chelan Falls Powerhouse Park, Chelan Riverwalk Park, and Beebe Bridge Park.

In the Wenatchee area, the PUD operates two (2) day-use parks: Wenatchee Riverfront Park, Walla Walla Point Park. The PUD also operates Kirby Billingsley Hydro Park, located on the Douglas County side of the river.

The seven (7) parks owned, but not managed, by the PUD are operated through lease agreements with the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission, Manson Parks and Recreation District, the city of Entiat and the Port of Douglas County.

NOTE: Beginning July 1, 2011, the Discovery Pass will be required at Daroga, Lincoln Rock and Wenatchee Confluence State Parks. For more information go to: http://www.parks.wa.gov/

Park amenities range from full hook-up camping at 200-acre Wenatchee Confluence State Park to picnicking and swimming at six-acre Manson Bay Park.
