Fishing and Boating Below Rocky Reach

The area below Rocky Reach Dam is a favorite area for fishing and boating. We want anglers to continue to safely enjoy the area for many years to come. Public safety and security of the dam require that areas within 400 feet of the dam be off limits to boats and those fishing from the river bank.

State law* makes it unlawful to fish within 400 feet downstream of man-made dams, which includes Rocky Reach.
