Do you have your free day use parking pass from Chelan County PUD? It’s good at Beebe Bridge, Daroga, Lincoln Rock and Wenatchee Confluence State Parks and lets you park for free when you are enjoying a visit for swimming, picnicking or just playing at the park.
Any Chelan PUD residential electric customer can apply. There is one pass per family available. Apply below to have a pass sent to you in the mail. Passes will be issued beginning January 1, 2026 thru September 30, 2026.
If you already have a Discover Pass because you use State Parks in other parts of the state, you do not need a Chelan PUD pass. Discover Passes can be used at the three PUD parks. However, the PUD pass can only be used at Wenatchee Confluence, Daroga, Beebe Bridge and Lincoln Rock parks.
Background
The Day Use Pass was included as part of the PUD’s 2015 strategic plan that identified some Public Power Benefit programs to offer Chelan County residents. The goal is to provide programs that improve the quality of life for residents and provide the best for the most for the longest period of time. So long as the PUD has available revenues and after all PUD obligations and debt repayment requirements are met,
we will continue to look at ways to provide Public Power Benefits.
How to apply

Visit the Chelan PUD Service Center at 203 Olds Station Rd. Wenatchee, WA 98801 to apply in person and receive your pass on the spot. (Open Monday - Friday; 8 am. to 5 pm.)
A valid Chelan PUD account number is required to apply. If you do not know your account number, please call 509-661-4551 for further assistance.
To use your pass
All Washington State Park rules must be followed.
State Parks will accept only a valid Chelan PUD parking pass. A pass is valid when the vehicle license numbers have been clearly written on the pass. Failure to display a valid pass is an infraction and may result in a $99 fine by Washington State Parks.
Your Public Power Benefit Parking Pass must be visibly displayed in the front windshield of your vehicle when visiting Beebe Bridge Park, Wenatchee Confluence, Lincoln Rock, and Daroga State Parks.
The Parking Pass is transferable between four vehicles. Simply write all four plate numbers on the pass. The license plate numbers must be written in dark, permanent ink in order for the pass to be valid. The pass can be only used on one vehicle at a time.
Parking in designated stalls will be strictly enforced. Chelan PUD’s parking pass is for day-use, single-car parking only. Single cars may not park in designated boat trailer parking stalls.
Vehicles towing boat trailers must use the designated trailer parking stalls and may not park in standard parking stalls. All vehicles and trailers must be parked fully within the marked lines.
The pass is valid between January 1, 2026
to December 31, 2026.
