In order to establish new service with the Chelan County PUD, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations department at your earliest convenience at (509) 661-8002. We will need pertinent information such as your mailing address, contact phone number, driver’s license and social security number. We will also be running a soft credit check to determine whether we will need to collect a deposit. There is no need to stop by the office, we can assist you by phone. This will take approximately 10 minutes. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
