Board of Commissioners started their strategy map and Balanced
Scorecard process in 2005 and further revised the strategy map
in 2011. The current map provides a clear picture of how they
will guide the District toward its mission and vision.
The commissioners schedule reviews of their strategic
objectives quarterly.
Each strategic objective is important. The percentages beside
each one are weightings to emphasize the appropriate amount of
time, effort and resources to be considered when making
business decisions under a specific strategic objective.
