Your PUD Commissioners and Districts
PUD commissioners now in office and their districts are: Norm Gutzwiler, District 1; Randy Smith, District 2; Ann Congdon, District 3; Carnan Bergren, at-large District A; Dennis Bolz, at-large District B.
Norm Gutzwiler, board president, was elected in November 2002 to represent District 1 and began serving his first, six-year term in January 2003. He was re-elected in November 2008 to a second six-year term running through 2014.

Carnan Bergren, board vice president, was elected in November 2008 to represent at-large District A and began serving his first, four-year term in January 2009.

Ann Congdon, board secretary, was elected in November 2004 to represent District 3 and began serving her first, six-year term in January 2005. She was re-elected in November 2010 to a second six-year term running through 2016.
