Residents may see a helicopter flying low and slowly over high-voltage power lines along the Wenatchee foothills from Malaga to Monitor this week, depending on weather conditions.
Chelan PUD contracted with Michels Pacific Energy to replace numbered tags along transmission lines, including structures along steep, difficult terrain that require helicopter access.
