Chelan County PUD has identified the need for additional electrical capacity in the Manson Area to meet the community's needs today and into the future. In alignment with the PUD's 50-year Strategic Vision, we are exploring near and long-term solutions to address electrical load growth in the area and ensure we continue to provide safe, reliable power.

What's Next?

• PUD staff will continue to explore near-term alternative solutions to address the community's needs today and over the next 10 years. 
• We will begin exploring opportunities for property and land rights to better understand the feasibility of the near-term solutions.
