Be Featured in Chelan County PUD Advertising

Share your photos with Chelan County PUD for use in outreach and marketing campaigns. Before you complete this form and opt-in to share your photo, make sure to read our FAQ so you understand intentions of our customer photo usage, and terms and conditions to participate. Once you have read the FAQ, please complete the following form to upload your image.

What to submit:

Share your authentic moments with family and friends at home or with your home in the background. This includes images or videos that are full of life, action, emotion and humor. Make it uniquely Chelan County!

• Please submit a high-quality color photo (2mb and up), audio recording or video that you have taken yourself.
• If people are present in the media, at least one must be a Chelan County PUD customer and you must have permission from other individuals in the image to share it with Chelan County PUD.
• Accepted formats: .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .webm, .mp4, .mp3, .wav, and .mov.
• Chelan County is proud of our diverse county and encourages images showing people of all ages, colors, abilities, ethnicities, family or marital status, gender identities or expressions, national origins, races, religions, sexual orientations, socioeconomic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our county unique.

You should submit your photo to us only if you agree to all of the following terms:

By submitting a photograph, video or other media material, you irrevocably transfer, assign and convey to Chelan County PUD all right, title and interest in and to the material. You represent to Chelan County PUD that you are a Chelan County PUD customer, you own all rights to the material, and that you have the right, alone, to submit and transfer it to Chelan County PUD in accordance with this agreement, without attribution to the person who created the material. If the material shows other people, you promise that at least one of those people is a Chelan County PUD customer and that all people represented in the material have given you express permission to submit it to Chelan County PUD. You understand and agree that Chelan County PUD will not pay you or anyone else any money for your material or for Chelan County PUD's use of it.

You understand and agree that Chelan County PUD may publish or display the material in any media, which may include television commercials, radio advertisements, billboards, print advertisements, bus signs, and other forms of media, in perpetuity, throughout the world. You will not be able to review or approve the material before Chelan County PUD uses it. Chelan County PUD may edit or alter the material as it deems appropriate, and will not be liable to you for that editing or alteration, or for any distortion or other effects that may result.

You understand that the material may reveal your first name and any products or services you have obtained from Chelan County PUD. You give your consent to Chelan County PUD to provide your material, along with your name and contact information, to third parties who assist Chelan County PUD in its marketing efforts.

You represent to Chelan County PUD that you are at least 18 years of age.
