Pay by phone
There’s a new, convenient way to pay your PUD bill — over the phone. It’s secure, fast and easy. No set-up necessary; just call (509) 661-8729 to use this easy, automated service.

Automatic checking deduction

Automatic Checking allows you to pay your bill through an automatic withdrawal from your checking account once a month. Contact a customer accounting representative to enroll.

Pay by bank card

With the Automatic Charge Card plan, your monthly payments are automatically charged to your VISA or MasterCard. Contact a customer accounting representative to enroll.

Equal Pay Plan

The Equal Pay Plan allows you to make payments in the same amount each month. Annual costs are averaged into 12 payments. This eliminates having to pay higher bills in the winter, when energy costs typically increase due to heating. Contact a customer accounting representative to enroll.

24-hour payment drop-off boxes

Customers can leave payments in the drop-off boxes located at our offices in Wenatchee, Chelan and Leavenworth. Please do not put cash in our payment drop-off boxes. Payments will be posted the next business day. Click here to look up the address for your nearest PUD office.
