From time to time, Chelan PUD asks customers who have participated in our programs to allow us into their homes for a follow-up inspection. These quality assurance inspections usually are performed by independent experts hired by the PUD.
ADB Energy Consultants of Portland, Ore., is the main contractor conducting inspections of homes that received duct sealing or high efficiency heat pump installations under the PUD program. The inspections are voluntary, and customers are invited in advance by letter to participate.
