Chelan County PUD customers may get an email in the next two to three weeks asking for their input on how they access the internet, including use of fiber broadband service in their homes.
The survey, expected to be completed by the end of August, will also ask for input about the types of ways people use the internet, what they look for in service and their overall satisfaction levels with their internet service.
The survey, last performed in 2017, helps the PUD assess customer sentiment and areas of community interest as it continues to offer wholesale fiber service in Chelan County.
