Yes! If you are a Chelan PUD customer, you're eligible.

Thank you for your interest in a home energy audit. Due to limited staffing, we are temporarily pausing new audit requests. We expect to resume service on November 10 and appreciate your patience in the meantime.

While audits are on hold, you can still find energy-saving tips on our website or call us at (509) 661-8008—we’re happy to help.

How It Works

Getting expert energy advice is easy—whether you own or rent!

1. Book online

Select a time online for your home energy audit and choose whether you'd like it virtual or in-person.

For virtual audits, select your video call service.

2. Meet your advisor at home (in-person) or join your video call (virtual)

Meet your Chelan PUD energy advisor and walk-through your home to identify ways to save.

3. Get your personal energy tips

After your audit, your energy adviser will email you their recommendations and next steps.
