NEEM Manufactured Homes Rebate

Northwest Energy-Efficient Manufactured Housing Program™ (NEEM) homes are ENERGY STAR®-certified and built to strict energy-efficiency standards.


Compared to standard manufactured homes, NEEM homes use significantly less energy — helping homeowners save hundreds of dollars per year on utility bills.

NEEM Rebate

Valid for applications received April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027.

Requirements

  • Chelan PUD electric customer with home located in Chelan County.
  • Residence must be primarily heated with permanently installed electric heat.
  • New NEEM home must be NEEM 1.1 or NEEM 2.0 certified.

To Apply

Applications must be submitted within 12 months of purchase date. You will need:

  • Proof of Purchase Agreement
  • NEEM Certificate of Compliance (dated after the Purchase Agreement)

Print & Mail

Fill out a NEEM Home Rebate Application (PDF) and mail it to the PUD for processing.

What Happens Next?

  • Please allow 6-8 weeks after the receipt of a complete application for processing.
  • Rebate cannot exceed the total project costs.
  • Payment is by check mailed to the customer.
