Either the Chelan PUD customer or contractor can submit the residential rebate application on behalf of the customer. Here's what you will need: Invoice or receipt showing total project cost (labor and materials before rebate) and make/model of new doorProof of ENERGY STAR® certification or NFRC rating — either on the receipt, contractor invoice, photos of the sticker, or the manufacturer door specifications Apply Online Fill out the online residential rebate application to get started. Apply Now Print & MailFill out an Exterior Door Rebate Application and mail it to the PUD for processing.
