Residents may see a helicopter flying low and slowly over high-voltage power lines on Tuesday, depending on weather conditions. Crews plan to fly near transmission lines between Peshastin and Coles Corner, and between Monitor and Malaga.
Chelan PUD’s contractor will be conducting aerial surveys to assess existing conditions and plan for transmission upgrades.
