Now you can pay the utility bill and pick up groceries all in one trip. Introducing the new bill pay kiosk at Plaza Super Jet in Wenatchee.
“This is a service for customers who prefer the security and comfort of paying their bill in person,” said Customer Relations Supervisor Jeanine Porter. “It’s convenient, and easy to use.”
The blue kiosk is located on the Orondo Avenue side of the building for 24/7 access. Here’s how to use the kiosk to pay your electricity, water or wastewater bill:
- Check your bill, type your account number and zip code
- Enter the amount you’d like to pay
- Select your payment type: credit, debit, check or cash (any change will be applied to the next bill).
- Take your receipt.
Kiosk instructions are available in English and Spanish.
Bill pay kiosks, as well as payment drop boxes, are available at the Leavenworth PUD office at 222 Chumstick Highway, and the Chelan PUD office at 1034 E. Woodin Ave. Customers have an array of other options as well, including online bill pay at chelanpud.org, pay by phone, or in the lobby at the Service Center at Olds Station.
