You may request public records online or contact Public Records Officer, Lyndsey Files by email or phone, (509) 661- 4217.

Chelan County PUD follows the requirements of state law, RCW 42.56.070, in responding to requests for public records. If you have not heard back from us within five business days, please contact us. 

Public agencies are not authorized to provide a list of individuals for a commercial use.

Choose YES if you would like to inspect the document(s) rather than, or in addition to, getting copies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Commercial Purposes: Pursuant to RCW 42.56.070(8), the District is not authorized to provide a list of individuals for commercial purposes.

Law Enforcement: Law enforcement agencies are required to comply with RCW 42.56.335 when requesting public records. RCW 42.56.335 provides, “A law enforcement authority may not request inspection or copying of records of any person who belongs to a public utility district or a municipally owned electrical utility unless the authority provides the public utility district or municipally owned electrical utility with a written statement in which the authority states that it suspects that the particular person to whom the records pertain has committed a crime and the authority has a reasonable belief that the records could determine or help determine whether the suspicion might be true. Information obtained in violation of this section is inadmissible in any criminal proceeding.”
