Fund Your Home Improvements with Ultra-Low-Rate Deferred Loans
The Home Rehabilitation Loan Program (HRLP) gives deferred loans at a current interest rate of about 1.4% to qualifying low-income households for repairs and improvements to your home to increase health, safety, and durability.
The program is funded by the Washington State Department of Commerce and administered in Chelan County by the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council. For more info, please visit the Department of Commerce HRLP webpage.
