| | An optional pre-bid meeting and site visit will be conducted on December 8, 2015, beginning at 10:00 am. Attendees will meet at the District's Wenatchee Headquarters Service Building, 327B North Wenatchee Avenue, where a one hour meeting will be held before proceeding to the work site, located at 23455 SR 97, Orondo, WA 98843, weather permitting. The work site is approximately a 45 minute drive from the Wenatchee Headquarters Service Building. For the work site visit, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required. The following PPE is required to be used by all attendees: shirts with sleeves and full length trousers; sturdy leather footwear; eye protection; and hard hats. |

I talked with most of you about this meeting in the last week or two, but here is the official invite.
We will be having a kick-off meeting with Jason Tanko of Tanko Lighting about the street light assessment project we will be starting in early 2016.
I have met with most of you in the past few months to gather input for this project. This meeting will be a chance to meet with and discuss all things pertaining to this project. If you have any questions or concerns you want to discuss beforehand please contact me and we address them.
