To be eligible to apply for a water conservation loan, you must be:

A Chelan County PUD water customer
The owner of a single- or multi-family residence with existing landscaping (not available for new landscaping)
A customer whose summer water use is double your winter use
A customer who uses PUD water as your only source of water
