Vendors of Goods and Services
Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington maintains a Roster of Vendors who can provide materials, equipment, supplies or services for the District. It is requested that Labor and Services and Materials Terms and Conditions be completed and returned in order to provide services and/or materials to the District. Please click the link at right for the forms.
Terms and Conditions and any applicable exhibits for Professional Services will be furnished to the selected contractor for signature by the project manager for the specific project.
Vendors interested in submitting an application may obtain the Vendor List Application Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification W‑9 Form by clicking the link at right.
To update Vendor Information with any changes in ownership, business structure, address, e-mail, or phone numbers, please click on the "Vendor Application & W9" link at right, complete a new form and mail it to us.
Those vendors who do not have Internet access are invited to request, execute and submit a copy of the above information to:
