Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington has, at various times, the need for Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architect Services, related services and advice regarding its various operations and facilities. Pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.80.030, the district announces generally to the public its projected requirements. These may include, but are not limited to, studies, planning, design, and general engineering services for:
- Water and sewer systems.
- The ongoing maintenance, modifications, improvements and additions associated with the operation of the Lake Chelan Hydroelectric Project, the Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project, and the Rock Island Hydroelectric Project, including mechanical and electrical systems, surveying, fish rearing or transport facilities, parks and buildings.
- Electrical transmission and distribution system facilities and control systems.
Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architect firms interested in providing these services may apply online by filling out the Online Application.
Firms who do not have internet access may come to our offices to complete their application on one of our computers at 327B North Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
If this is not convenient, the application may also be completed utilizing one of the computers at your local library.
Firms selected for further consideration for specific projects may be requested to submit additional data related to their qualifications for supplying the above services.
When the online application is completed, please check the box on the last page which says, "I confirm that I am a principal, executive officer, or an authorized representative of the above referenced firm. I have reviewed the data in this application and confirm that it is current and accurate." This will issue an email to us to confirm that the application is ready to be processed.
