Chelan County PUD delivers reliable, affordable electricity to more than 41,000 local customers. The electric system serves all of Chelan County which covers 2,925 square miles, with the exception of the city of Cashmere. The PUD also serves parts of Douglas, Okanogan and Kittitas counties.

The PUD provides access to advanced wholesale fiber communications services in Chelan County. The system allows local service providers to offer telephone, high-speed Internet and television services to homes, businesses, schools and hospitals. Construction of the system made Chelan County's fiber-optic system the largest open-access fiber-to-the-premises network in Washington state in 2006. The system will be completed to 75 percent of Chelan County homes in 2008.

PUD water systems deliver drinking water to more than 5,000 local customers through systems in the Wenatchee area, Ollala Canyon, Chelan Ridge and the community of Dryden. The District operates and maintains the Chelan Falls Water System under contract.

The PUD owns and operates three rural wastewater systems serving about 450 homes and businesses in Lake Wenatchee, Peshastin and Dryden.
