Welcome to the PUD’s home page for strategic planning. You will see in the “quick links” on the right that there are several pieces to our strategy. We have our Mission and Vision, which also includes a set of core values. We have our Strategic Plan, itself. And we have our Balanced Scorecard which gives us clear, measurable indicators for our actions. Thinking ahead and developing a long-range framework for key decisions is something the PUD has always done.
