Customer Services How to Sign Up, Step-by-Step
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to enroll in PowerPay, add a payment method, set up an automatic payment, and add multiple accounts to your profile.

Directions to enroll
- Click Enroll Now
- Click Sign Up (left menu or link)
- Enter your 10-digit PUD account number
- Enter your 5 digit zip code
- Click Continue
- Create and Enter a User ID between 6 and 16 alphanumeric characters
- Create and enter a password between 6 and 16 alphanumeric characters that contains at least 1 letter and 1 number (passwords are case sensitive). Keep your password in a safe place
- Pick an appropriate hint question and enter a hint answer
- Verify contact information is correct - this is pre-populated according to the account number supplied
- Enter email address
- Click the Terms and Conditions links and read the information in the pop-up window. To signify your agreement with the terms, click a check in the "Yes, I have read and agree…."
- Click Sign Up (left menu or link).
Directions to add Payment Method
- Click on Payment Methods (Enter your banking and/or credit card numbers)
- Click on the drop down box "add a new bank account or add a new debit/credit cards"
- Click on the drop down box "add a new bank account or add a new debit/credit card"
- Click on the Go button
- Follow the directions on pages for setting up either a credit card or a bank account
- Enter account nickname (example VISA)
- Click on the agreements to read and agree
- Click the Add button
Directions to set up automatic payments
- Click on Automatic Payments
- Click Add Automatic Payment Rule
- Click the Payment Method drop down box
- Select Payment Method
- Click submit
How to add multiple accounts to your profile:
- Account Set up
- Click Account
- Add Account
- Enter your 10-digit PUD account number
- Enter your 5 digit zip code
- Click submit
