Management Plans

These documents contain the specific descriptions of measures to be taken as part of the License Terms and Conditions. For example, if a License Article says fish stocking will be done in accordance with a management plan, the plan will then describe what varieties of fish are to be planted, at what times and by what agencies. Management plans are the place where the nitty-gritty details of license implementation are actually described. The following management plans remain in draft form until a final Comprehensive Settlement Agreement is submitted to FERC. Settlement parties intend that FERC will use the Comprehensive Settlement Agreement as the basis for a new license order.
