The purpose of this Initial Consultation Document is to provide an overview of existing resources that may be affected by Project operation. The Initial Consultation Document contains detailed and in-depth information on the installed Project facilities, current mode of operation, existing environmental and developmental resources, and the ongoing programs in place to manage these resources in the Project area.

For the Lake Chelan Hydroelectric Project relicensing, the Initial Consultation Document is primarily a reference document designed to present information to support the NEPA scoping and study effort.
