Information about extending new electric service to homes and businesses is available by calling (509) 661-8400, or sending us an email. Contact us if you have questions about availability of services; power distribution and transmission issues; or conduit, vault, or wire issues.

To apply for a new electrical service, fill out our Customer Request for Service Form. You can email the form to us or print and mail it to:
