Moorage and Use of Marine Facilities

No person shall have, keep or operate a vessel, boat, float, raft, or other watercraft in or upon any bay, lake, slough, river or creek, within the limits of any park, except at places set apart for such purposes and so designated or in an emergency involving rescue or lifesaving.
Use of designated marine facilities by commercial vessels is prohibited except for the loading and unloading of passengers transported for recreation purposes and must be permitted by the Director.
Use of Chelan PUD park marine facilities shall be on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Reserving or retaining space to moor or berth a vessel at a Chelan PUD facility, by any means other than occupying the space by the vessel to be moored, shall not be permitted.
Moorage in excess of three consecutive hours, unless in designated marina facilities, is prohibited.
