In addition to its seven measurable, strategic objectives, Chelan County PUD also has a list of PUD values that lives side-by-side with the strategic objectives.

Service: We focus on providing excellent customer service. We anticipate, understand and focus on our customers’ needs and expectations. We share a personal responsibility to maintain our customers’ loyalty and trust. We are recognized as significant contributors to the quality of life in our community.

Respect: We believe that the concerns of our communities, resource agencies and our employees are important. We believe in listening carefully to others to fully understand their views before making decisions or drawing conclusions, to appreciate the feelings and needs of others, and to be aware of how we impact others. We encourage critical debate and value open, honest and respectful sharing of ideas. We will respect one another and be considerate even if we disagree.
