Incremental Downloading of Documents for Faster Viewing

(A Feature of Acrobat Reader 4.0 and 5.0)

Some of the pdf documents on this Web site are quite large and have been optimized for incremental downloading. (Incremental downloading allows the user to view  one page at a time without having to download the entire document). Our Web site supports incremental downloading and we suggest that you upgrade to the Acrobat Reader 5.0 to take full advantage of this feature. To upgrade, click here to go to the upgrade page at the Adobe Site and follow the directions.

Document Size

Because of the sizes of some of the documents and the variety of speeds of people's hardware, we have indicated the size of the larger pdf documents, e.g. (500k pdf). If a pdf has no size attached you can assume that it is not significant in size.
