Board of Commissioners started their strategy map and Balanced Scorecard process in 2005 and further revised the strategy map in 2008. The current map provides a clear picture of how they will guide the District towards its mission and vision.

The commissioners schedule reviews of their strategic objectives monthly.

Each strategic objective is important.  The percentages beside each one are weightings to emphasize the appropriate amount of time, effort and resources to be considered when making business decisions under a specific strategic objective.
