I am set up on auto pay now and I am interested in paperless billing, what do I do?

Can I set up automatic payments if I enroll in Powerpay?
Yes, automatic payments are created and show as "scheduled" on the day that your bill is emailed to you. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the due date. To set up automatic payments, "click on payments>autopayments>add automatic payment rule" and fill in your payment method, and click "Submit".
Note: the new automatic payment rule will become effective on your next bill.
I'm receiving the error, "Number of auto payment rules exceed the limit" error. I can't see the auto payment rule. What do I do"
You may be one of our customers on the previous auto payment plan. Please call us at (509)661-8002 and we can help you make that change.
How do I update my credit card expiration date?
Click on "payments>payment methods" and select the payment method that you need to update. Make the changes and for the credit card expiration date and click Update."
Note: in order to update the expiration date on a credit card that is associated with a payment that has already been scheduled, please call us at (509)661-8002. You can see if your payment has been scheduled by looking at "Payment Activity" status in Powerpay.
I am set up on automatic payments with my credit card and I need to change it to my new credit card number.
Click on payment methods>select the payment method that you need to change>enter the new card information>click Submit. If there is a scheduled payment and you do not want it to process with the previous credit card or bank account information, you will need to delete it. If you delete it, you will have to either schedule a payment or make a payment using the new credit card or bank acount information.
I have an automatic payment rule and I need to know how I can change my payment method. Currently my payment comes out of my VISA and I would like to change it to come out of my bank account.
Click on Payment methods>add new bank account>enter all banking information.
Note: You must delete the current automatic payment rule in order for the payment to come out of your new payment method. Click on automatic payment rule, click on the rule ID number, Delete. Then you must add a new rule with the new payment method: "click automatic payment rule, add new rule, select new payment method, then click Submit."
