Chelan County PUD is enhancing communications for reporting outages and sending out important PUD information. Many customers have had a PUD account for years and it is likely that your account information hasn’t been updated for some time. Also, many of our customers now use a cellular telephone as their only phone service and we might not have that number in our system. Some of you have told us you’d like to get an email when there is an outage because you can receive emails on your cellular phone.
