Designated portage options are important to the safety of
boaters traveling on the Columbia River. Portage around both
Rocky Reach and Rock Island Dams are indicated by appropriate
signs at the boat launches at Lincoln Rock Park and Kirby
Billingsley Hydro Park. Put-in and take-out locations are also
shown on our printable portage maps.
Should you need portage assistance, you must make prior
arrangements as Chelan PUD does not provide portage services.
